Your boards will be approximately 11x19. These are 1/8”. This wood is typically smooth and easy to paint. For the laser it cuts nicely. This is the wood we cut daily for our home decor.
 
The settings I use:
100 watt 20-30 speed 80 power
150 watt 30-40 speed 80 power
 
Wood bows over time and a lot of it has to do with humidity of the room. Don’t store this in a super hot environment. It works best at room temperature.
 
The nature of wood is not a defect. It could have grain lines showing (although most of it is very smooth).
